How to cancel or move an appointment and what happens if notice is short.

Notice period and how to contact

All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made by email at least 24 hours before your appointment. Written notice ensures we have a clear record and can reallocate the slot.

Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies; please let us know as soon as possible.

Care plan commitment and refunds

Our care plans typically involve a minimum of 12 sessions. Please commit to completing these sessions before requesting a refund so you receive the full benefit of care and to prevent misuse of discounted rates.

If circumstances change (financial hardship, relocation, or health issues), we will calculate completed sessions at the standard Pay-As-You-Go rate and refund any remaining credit. You will never be expected to continue paying for a plan that has become unaffordable.

After completing the recommended minimum sessions, we will refund any remaining sessions at the discounted plan rate if you choose to discontinue care.
